A great game!

I really enjoyed the game overall. I understand that it’s still in development, so I won’t mention the unfinished aspects, such as the empty town. The graphics are fantastic, but I would suggest improving the contrast to ensure that platforms are easily distinguishable and appear jumpable. Additionally, some tiles blend too much with the background, so adding more contrast to them would be beneficial. The level design encourages exploration, which is great, but I would recommend avoiding sections with only one tile as they don’t look very natural. Instead, try incorporating more structures that blend seamlessly into the environment.

really well done I love what you've done with the mechanics so far. If you can get past some of the minor bugs it shows a lot of potential for a Metroidvania-like.

the combat mechanics are fun and wish you showed more level design showcasing it. the combat felt a little repetitive, and half the time I would ignore mobs. I can see boss fights being a lot of fun with this too.

the visuals were also very pleasant. The animations, particles, etc. (shoutout Voblyboo)

5/5 can't wait to see future versions of the game!
